Havstenssund Bohuslän 120707-09 There has been a lot crafting lately, both job and work down to the club, and it seemed to last for up to week tour. Though it has not felt so bad, the weather has been, after all, been pretty shitty so far. But then it was possible to squeeze in a few days off, while the rain seemed to hold up for a while. Bohuslän Orust 120323-25 The winter was mild this year, there had not been much snow, and the last ice dropped into the channel a few weeks ago. March started really well and although it was still cold at night, so it seemed to be spring again for real. This together with quite a lot of time in the workshop made, both Heidi and I thought it was high time to get out and camp again. The forecast was decent for the weekend, no wind to speak of and large solchanser, mostly on Sunday. At least in Bohuslän .. (Read more ...)
Väderöarna Bohuslän 111111-13 Although it was approaching mid november made the lengthy autumn that it was difficult to avoid yet another overnight tour. The weather in the week before was pretty stable, not too much sun, but unfortunately most mist and fog, but unusually mild and almost no wind. So Heidi and I decided to finish the season as we started, in Fjällbacka. Plenty of beautiful islands, decently protected and also - if the forecast held over the weekend - maybe time to get even further out .. (Read more ...)
Havstenssund Bohuslän 111007-09 After the great weekend in Blekinge was time for late autumn tour, the last point on the club program. And just like last time, it had blown right sharply the week before to then calm down a bit just for the weekend. Or quiet and calm, gale all day, however, varied southwest, north and then south again. Blekinge attracted the chance for less wind and sun while Bohusläns forecast offered extra everything.
